At the Emmy Awards, held on 26 June in San Diego, a documentary titled "Wow Croatia" was awarded the prestigious Emmy Award. After the study tour and  the documentary "Wow Croatia" an American television journalist and producer Ashley Colburn was nominated for the prestigious Emmy Award, and her recordings have thrilled audiences and critics. "Everything is pretty magical in Croatia and in particular, from food, people and nature to your hospitality. Young Americans are the best guests because they can always return to where the good parties and vacations," she stressed Ashley Colburn, who came back in early June in Croatia, more precisely in Međimurje, the Golden Pen award, organized by the Croatian National Tourist Board, at which foreign journalists are awarded for the best articles, stories and reports about Croatia published in foreign markets. Ashley Colburn won the award for best TV report published in the American market. For the Golden Pen Award nominations were 33 journalists from Europe and the rest of the world.
